Woc4 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and woc4 ("Platform", "us"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the woc4 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, wagering, withdrawals, and participation in any promotions.

By completing the registration process, clicking the "I Agree" button, accessing any section of the platform, or using any woc4 services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use the woc4 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the registration date.
• Be registering as an individual in your own name — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not on the list of individuals excluded from the platform due to a self-request or administrative action.
• Not classified as a woc4 employee, immediate family member of an employee, or woc4 business partner.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Woc4 reserves the right to request proof of age verification at any time. If it is found that a user registered with a false age, woc4 reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit all balances and wins accumulated during the period the account was active.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the woc4 platform. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or personal details — are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per your identity card or passport.
• A valid date of birth.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A mobile phone number registered in your own name.
• Your bank account or digital wallet details used for transactions.

Woc4 conducts an Identity Verification (KYC) process to ensure the validity of user information. This process involves submitting a copy of a valid identification document. Should you refuse or be unable to complete the KYC process, woc4 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests until the process is completed.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Woc4 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are processed instantly with no additional charges from woc4.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Daily maximum deposit limits vary depending on your account level and the payment method used.
• All deposits must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned in full.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow are processed in under 15 minutes, including public holidays and weekends.
• First-time withdrawals or those exceeding certain limits require full KYC verification.
• Woc4 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for large withdrawal transactions in order to comply with financial compliance requirements.
• Funds deposited via a particular payment method will be returned through the same method where applicable.

5Bonus & Promotions

Woc4 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, festive promotions, and exclusive offers for VIP members. Each promotion is subject to specific conditions stated in the respective promotion terms.

General terms applicable to all woc4 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be fully met before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The standard rollover for deposit bonuses is 10x the total deposit plus bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have a set validity period; any unused bonuses will expire automatically once the period lapses.
• Woc4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit the bonus system through dishonest means — including the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonuses and accounts.

6Game Rules

All games available on the woc4 platform — including Casino, Slots, Live Casino, and Bingo — are operated in accordance with each game's specific rules. Detailed rules for each game can be found within the respective game interface.

• All game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be altered by any party.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, woc4 will endeavour to restore the game state to its condition prior to the disruption. If this is not possible, all affected bets will be fully refunded.
• Woc4 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology across all electronic games to ensure the fairness and randomness of every outcome.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final in accordance with the established game rules. Session recordings are available for review in the event of a dispute.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or use automation software or bots in gameplay is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

7User Conduct

Woc4 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. Users are required to conduct themselves in a courteous and responsible manner at all times.

The following are strictly prohibited on the woc4 platform:

• Using racist, obscene, threatening, or abusive language in any chat room or communication on the platform.

• Using any third-party software, bots, or automated systems to play or make betting decisions.

• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering or financing illegal activities through the platform.

Any of the above violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity of the breach. woc4 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and wins in accounts terminated due to fraud or misuse.

8Privacy & Security

• We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

9Responsible Gaming

10Account Closure

You have the right to close your woc4 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to you, subject to the following conditions:

• All active bonus rollover requirements must be completed first, or any bonus funds with unfulfilled rollovers will be excluded from the refund.
• No transactions currently under review or dispute.
• Identity verification (KYC) has been fully completed.

Woc4 also reserves the right to administratively close or suspend a user's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Abuse of the bonus system or collusion with other players.
• Requests from relevant authorities.

11Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, woc4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any damage or loss arising from viruses or harmful content obtained through the use of third-party platforms unrelated to woc4.

Woc4's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Terms Amendment

Woc4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page unless a different effective date is specified.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email to the registered address. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
